Terricita Copeland is our resident Referral Agent with our parent company Synergistic Home Solutions LLC dba READI Referrals and our New Agent Onboarding Coach. She is one of a kind.

She has a passion for people and a heart for making a difference in the lives of people she is privileged to serve. She will be the point of contact for any referring agents or RELO customers desiring to purchase a home in or out of our area. She will also be assisting our new agents in charting their path to success through our “READI Onboarding Track to Success”.

Terricita is also a US Army Veteran and CEO of TC Management Services which is a Real Estate Transaction Coordinating Co. Notably, she is also an actress who starred in powerful films, such as Mama’s Hands, No Weapon Shall Prosper, and Out of Gas. She is a proud wife who serves alongside her husband Travis Copeland in ministry and is a mother to three beautiful children.
