Meet Michele Bryant
I am Michele Bryant, Principal Broker in the Hampton Roads Area located in Virginia. I have lived in Virginia since 1975 and it is home where my husband and I are raising our three beautiful children. My husband is the Executive Director of READI Real Estate and a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.
READI Real Estate was birthed from a genuine passion and divine purpose towards educating and empowering Real Estate Agents and our clients, something shared equally between both my husband and me.
Our company has many aspirations and visions of working and serving others in one of the most prolific industries in our modern society. The real estate industry touches and impact the lives of millions of people locally and around the world. We knew in our hearts this was a place of opportunity to reach people in a positive and inspirational manner.
READI Real Estate was birthed from a need of newly and seasoned licensed agents wanting basic training to help them transact business on a daily basis. I learned that 87% of Real Estate Agents who obtain their license leave the industry because of lack of training and support, didn’t know where to start, or ended up choosing the wrong brokerage.
