About The Class
A Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is a career that you can start in the Hampton Roads Virginia area without obtaining a Real Estate License. This class focuses on managing transactions from contract to close for Virginia Real Estate Agents, but with the knowledge and tools you gain here, you can manage Real Estate transactions for any agent anywhere.
Also known as a TC, Real Estate Transaction Coordinators handle the administrative tasks of a buyer and seller transaction from contract to close saving agents time and allowing them to move on to the next client and grow their business.
Most TCs can manage approximately 20-30 transactions per month. If they get paid per individual transaction, they make on average $350.00 per transaction. This fee is negotiated between you and the agent who hires your services.
This one-day hybrid class is the only one in our area and is what every aspiring TC will need.
You will learn the following:

- The real estate process step by step, starting with a Buyer's Offer to concluding a Real Estate Closing.
- How much TCs make in Virginia.
