CONGRATULATIONS on passing your real estate exams. This two-day class was birthed from an overwhelming need of individuals wanting the know-how relating to the step by step process they will need to know when transacting real estate on a day to day bases.
The following three Real Estate Onboarding Classes through READI Training and Development are designed for new agents to build their confidence when working with and acquiring new clients in today’s market.
READI’s Onboarding and Development Path fills the gap in education without duplicating any of the platforms and resources other organizations, such as HRRA, NAR, VAR and REIN currently provide.

I am Michele Bryant, Principal Broker and REALTOR® in the Hampton Roads Area located in Virginia. I have lived in Virginia since 1975 and it is home where my husband and I are raising our three beautiful children. My husband is the Executive Director of READI Real Estate and a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.
