Michele Bryant, Principal Broker in the Hampton Roads Area located in Virginia.  I have lived in Virginia since 1975 and where my husband and I are raising our three beautiful children.  My husband is the Executive Director of READI Real Estate and a proud Veteran of the United States Navy.

As the former CEO of a Real Estate Transaction Management Company, I have noticed that once new agents pass their PSI Exams, many agents ask; NOW what or what do I do next?  Additionally, I learned that 87% of Real Estate Agents who obtain their license leave the industry because of lack of training and support, because of not knowing where to start, or they chose the wrong brokerage while seeking help.
